"It" All Fun & Games!" is the 2009 parade theme.
Floats will be judged in four different categories: Best Followed Theme, Best Commercial Float, Best Non-Commercial float, and Best Religious float. A $50 prize will be awarded to each category winner.
Theme: Marshalltown Christian School & Iowa Valley Community College tied.
Best Commercial: Marshalltown Board of Realtors
Best Non Commercial: St. Paul's Preschool
Best Religious: Calvary Baptist Church
Best Overall Float: United Bank & Trust (the judges picked this category)
