Main St will be open most of the day up until around 3 pm. At that time, it will begin a slow closure from Center St to 3rd St., to allow for to allow for Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show entries' parking to start.

The Parade staging areas merge and starts at 9th St and W Church St. It continues east on Church St to 2nd Ave where it splits to turn north or south as needed to disembark, or for bus staging for the marching bands.

Main St, and adjacent side streets between State and Church from 3rd St to 1st Ave will be closed most of the day starting around 8 am to allow for the Parade, the Bags Tournament, Vendors, Concerts, and Carnival.
Lineups and Staging for the Grand Parade starts around Miller School, west Church and west Main around 8 am, with the parade traveling east on Main starting at 10 am.

Parade Staging and Route
Effective Saturday - Sept 26, 2026.
Street closures for portions of the Parade staging and route, along and across the parade route and staging areas.
Closures and restricted travel will start around 8AM Saturday morning for the start of the parade staging, and will remain Closed until the end of the parade. Everything west of 3rd St will be opened at the end of the parade.
Please do not drive across people's lawns to get around the barricades in place for the safety of all participants and coordinators. Plan accordingly with alternate routes around this area, and remind employees/coworkers as needed. If you live in this area, you will be receiving a postcard reminder to have all vehicles along the route moved to an alternate side street for that day.
North/South traffic should use east of 2nd Ave or west of S 12th St.
An Emergency vehicle crossing will be maintained at Main and 3rd St for Police, Fire, or Ambulance needs.

All food vendors are expected to be loaded out by Sun evening by around 10 pm.
S Center St should open to normal traffic by Sun evening/Mon morning after cleanup is finished, and the carnival moved out of the N & S 1st Ave, and Annex Lot.
The Carnival will have most or all of its equipment moved out by Sun evening. That will allow final cleanup late Sun and to open 1st Ave and the Annex Lot to normal traffic after cleanup.
